ABSOLUTELY diabolical place!! Ordered food in drive-through at 06:22… waited in line until 06:31, then was told to wait in bay 1 because they were making fresh hash browns…. It’s 06:31… everything should already be fresh!! Finally got my food at 06:38… 16 MINUTES I had to wait for a breakfast that was far from “fresh”!! That’s what you get when kids are left to run a place like McDonald’s… ZERO interest or urgency!

Had a spicy chicken burger. Medium fries. Free curry sauce. Chocolate mcflurry. Burger fell apart after first bite and so much sauce. Ended up struggling so just ate the chicken. Fries were big standard, had with curry. Mcflurry was half melted when I got it. Had table service and it took forever. Went over the road to buy some cherrys as still hungry. Only good point 3 different people sweeping up. Cleaning. One bloke careful to tuck in chair opposite to make sure did not kneecap me.

This was a good spot to grab dinner when waiting for transport after train delays, with plenty of self service kiosks available. Chicken Katsu Wrap was nice although they arranged the selects too far apart and someone with a later order was served before my literal one item, seating area was quite messy too.

Never in my life have I been so fuming. As requested via order a Coke Zero what come full fat Coke might sound harmless to some but to a heavily pregnant type 1 diabetic it’s not just a Coke it’s a good job she had covered insulin for her food would of been a whole different ball game get your staff the correct training or have someone competent to do that job this could of been so much worse not impressed
