We have been coming here for years. For Sunday lunch, not often enough. If looking for traditional meal this is the place. The restaurant is clean and tidy some people say old fashioned but that’s what we like, a truly independently run, with very reasonably priced meals. For Sunday lunch you pay for main which includes starter and dessert about 20 to 25 ish. Food is large portions hot and nice, nothing to flash but not boring. Ideal place for family gatherings. I cannot praise Chris Patricia and their team enough. I had my 70th birthday celebration here last night. 53 people sat down to a three course dinner. My friends and family said the food was excellent and the service was great. You should be so proud of your team. We all had a really good time so thank you.

Really wonderful little spot for a meal. Family and kid friendly. Food is excellent. Adult meals - the duck confit and the pate were delicious. Portions generous. Kids meals even more so! Great value for money for kids. And friendly helpful polite service. My picky eater gobbled it all up. And the photos are after she already picked off food!
