I had such a lovely experience at this shop today. A young lady served me and she was honestly so polite and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She was really patient, helpful, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Her customer service was amazing and she had such a kind, positive attitude. It genuinely made my day better. The shop is lucky to have someone like her working there. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Extremely disappointed with the entire service! I received the wrong burger I ordered chicken and received beef and I don’t eat beef for personal reasons so it was a complete waste! They also forgot my chips and water, which we had to go back for! The only thing they managed to get right was the 2 chicken strips which was an add on, which were actually cooked properly and were fresh, its a shame because all of this could of been avoided if you had just checked the whole order before ticking complete. It was a massive inconvenience as we were on our way to an event in town and didn’t have time

It's the same old story every time. The toilet is broken. At every location in this chain. And I give it one star. You can never eat with a full bladder. Three different restaurants and the toilet is always closed. I went to McDonald's. The Mexican sandwich was not bad.
