Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Chicken Shawarma Wrap, but instead I was given lamb ribs. This was not what I ordered, and the ribs contained a lot of fat, making them unpleasant to eat. I ended up leaving most of the food on the table. The service was poor from the start. I had to wait a long time before anyone took my order, and the overall customer service was disappointing. To make matters worse, the menu showed the Chicken Shawarma Wrap as £5, but I was charged £9. Customers should not be charged a different price from what is advertised on the menu. I chose this restaurant

Mamoosh Grill House offers good value for money, with generous portion sizes and decent prices. The food was filling and there was plenty of it. However, there wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the overall experience. A solid option if you’re looking for a satisfying meal without spending too much, but not somewhere that stood out from other grill restaurants.

Very family friendly and well designed place. In the heart of Dudley road you’ll find this absolute authentic gem. We were seated and served a nice warming lentil soup straight upon arrival. We then had a quick look at the menu and ordered a mixed grill. We were presented this amazing platter with loads of different meats and rices along side a fresh and delicious side salad. Every bite was a mix of freshness and deliciousness. Our server seemed professional smartly dressed and friendly. The food came in an acceptable time and was piping hot!
