I had a wonderful experience at Chinatown Bakery! I ordered a chocolate fresh fruit cake as a birthday present, and it was absolutely amazing. The cake was so delicious, fresh, and beautifully made. The combination of rich chocolate and fresh fruits tasted perfect, and everyone loved it. It was not only beautiful to look at but also incredibly yummy and memorable for the celebration. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout the whole experience. They were helpful and made the ordering process smooth and pleasant, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m extremely happy

Recently visited Chinatown Bakery and oh my god, it’s a little heaven for anyone on a budget who doesn’t want to compromise on taste, quality, quantity, or hygiene. The bakery is small, just two rooms, but packed with options, sweet, savory, you name it. You can just walk in, grab a tray, pick your items, and head out. Everything starts from around £2, which is amazing for the quality. I’ve tried their pistachio cake, vanilla cake, and recently the creamy coconut bun, and all cost under £3 each. Absolutely worth it. If you have a sweet tooth, this is a must-visit spot.

An extremely popular bakery in Chinatown, minutes away from Leicester Square tube station. Compared to other bakeries, items are competitively priced. Both sweet and savoury items and a variety that cannot be compared with. Items disappear from the shelves quickly and staff struggle to keep up with filling the shelves. Weekends are perpetually crowded which shows the popularity of the place. My personal favourites are the Coconut bun, peanutbutter bun and the chicken bun. Once you have tasted the bakery treats, you will surely come back.

Large bakery, wide selection of freshly baked goods and always very busy. The pandan sponge cake was soft and fluffy, but flavour-wise a bit shy. The handmade milk tea (less sugar) also wasn’t really our cup of tea — literally. Prices are fair. But the real star? The „Deli-Taiyaki“ with custard, freshly made by the exit: warm, tasty, not too sweet. We’d happily come back just for that!
