Sometimes customers service at fast food restaurants is not so good. But I have a really nice experience in this branch, staff very friendly, and one Whopper is always a wonderful option to eat. Specially if you have the app, because you can redeem your offers at the till, and also if you order in the screen you can pay in cash when your order is ready. The place was impeccable clean, and this means the food safety is very important for them.

Ordered two plant based Whopper meals on the app using a deal. When collecting the food the staff said they weren't doing the burgers, so I asked for a refund. Was told they can't process a refund from the restaurant and told to do it via the app. The app is impossible to contact anyone for this. And I mean impossible! Managed to send a message using a different reason and still got no reply so ended up having to go through my bank and instructing a Chargeback request. Absolute faff and a complete waste of time. Staff were useless and totally unhelpful. How is this acceptable service to allow
