I must say I absolutely love the Lounge restaurants, and this is my local one. The food never disappoints, it always satisfies and is reasonably priced. I had the big lounge breakfast as I was quite hungry, it comes with two pieces of toast, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, three hash browns, a mushroom, half a grilled tomato, beans and black pudding. My brother has the poached eggs which comes with bacon. It looked very nice, and was suitable as he wasn't feeling quite as hungry as I was. Quick service, you can order via the app or via a waiter. I really needed to eat as I am diabetic. I ordered my lunch and it arrived, but the egg was overdone. One of the staff came, took the egg, and never replaced it. The order said it would be 15 minutes, but no food arrived. Luckily, I spoke to another staff member, Samantha, who listened, took action, and spoke to her manager. Like all the Lounges great decor, friendly staff, excellent choice of breakfasts, morning coffee, lunches, dinner. Clean toilets. I order using the QR code at the table, the drink comes quickly like the cutlery, food not long after. Staff clear your plate away, let you linger over drinks. Seen them busy cleaning vacated tables quickly & thoroughly. If there's a Lounge nearby, it's a no-brainer.
