A godsend for those in the area working from home in the current heat wave. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Leandra in particular did a great job standing up to an arrogant and entitled queue-jumper who clearly thought he was more important than any of her other customers.

I ordered a tropical mango bubble frappe, they only told me after waiting for 5 minutes that they were out of bubbles for the drink. I asked them if they could substitute it for anything and they said no and didn't offer any other compensation for the missing item.

their frappes come like overly melted, thick milky texture. the whole point of the frappe is the blended ice, but they basically gave me a milkshake with coffee in it🥴 coulda got the ready made frappe milk ting at the corner shop for £2.50 if i wanted that. £5.90 for a runny frappe im vexxxx mi nah lie. see these 24 hour joints, the workers be falling asleep at the dyam wheel. rubbishhhhh
