Harkirat Singh★★★Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) I visited Meri Marzi yesterday with a friend to pick up some burgers, and I was honestly quite concerned by the lack of hygiene. The staff members preparing the food were not wearing any gloves, which felt very unprofessional and unhygienic. In the food industry, basic sanitary protocols like wearing gloves are essential, and seeing them handled with bare hands was a major turn-off. Regarding the food, the consistency that used to be the hallmark of this place is now missing. The flavors and taste are simply not as good as they once were. It feels like the quality has dipped,
Mohammed Mujahid★★★★So this place has a shop now right opposite the bus, so that’s where we went. For some reason the shop ain’t showing on Google. We just wanted something small as a quick lunch. We the only ones in this place sitting down and eating. Plenty of people came and went buying their biriyanis (£2.99 for one portion or £5 for two, takeaway only). We had a samosa chaat and an Aloo chaat. Very nice. Very fresh and flavourful. Would deffo recommend. Didn’t sample anything else. Service was a little slow but nothing horrendous. Would I go back? Well depends how them takeaway biriyanis are, tonight!
Sahil Kumar★Extremely disappointed with my experience at Meri Marzi. I purchased 2 vada pavs, and both were clearly stale. The pav inside was not fresh and taste like sour its obvious that the food had not been prepared recently. As a paying customer, I expect fresh food, especially for a popular item like vada pav. Serving stale food is not only disappointing but also shows a lack of care for customers and food quality. I ended up wasting my money and could not enjoy the food at all. I am posting this review to warn others and to urge the management to take food freshness seriously. Customers deserve b
Soni K★Very disappointing experience. I ordered two chicken tikka wraps and the preparation was extremely unprofessional. The place itself looked dirty and unhygienic. To make matters worse, I found a hair inside one of the wraps. After taking one bite, I immediately felt unwell and couldn’t continue eating — it was disgusting. This shows a serious lack of hygiene standards. I have taken photos as evidence and will be reporting this to food hygiene authorities. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
