Thoroughly enjoyed our steak dinner at Cattle. I ordered the 8oz ribeye which was perfectly cooked to medium albeit a bit small for my appetite. The creamy mushroom sauce, steak cut fries and salad on the sides were also great. Most importantly, the meats were halal (quite a rarity in Southampton) though they do still serve alcohol which I guess is understandable. Overall, had a pleasant time here and would love to come again soon.

When I came it was quiet, but that doesn't matter, the food is amazing. You have to try this place. Im glad I tried it. I had the sirloin steak with blue cheese sauce on a skillet and fries, it was done to perfection, the steak was juicy and not tough at all. The blue cheese sauce to die for. My large wine well thats always the same. The meal is what made it. The service was great. Service with a smile. If you in Southamton please support them, the food really is great. Steak was a little chewy. Also weirdly cold … not sure if it’s because the chimchurri sauce was cold… Salad was great. Be aware that if u get the BBQ chips u may find them a little spicy… Overall nice atmosphere and good service.
