Called in and ordered the mini fillet burger meal. Picked it up and when i had it it wad raw, first picture. I don’t mind a little pink but when the whole chicken is literally not cooked its taking the piss. Had to walk all the way back, showed them the burger and got made another one, no apology, nothing. The workers have no customer service skills, and incredibly rude. And to top it off the second burger was raw too 🤣. Not coming here again, don’t waste your money and time

Why did people I don't recommend the shop for eating food the charging more money very very less quantity food if you want to waste your money then go there and enjoy their food I spent£10 for 50 g grill chicken the chicken is not good cooked test also very salty is not good for your health in Sainsbury 350 g grill chicken £3. Only and salad £ 1.50 is worth for money the charging just a small chicken piece up to £10 not worth for spending money there if you want good food in Shirley go to (kebab shop and GALLA SHAWARMA) one day my friend sounder Rajan he go and eat food Galla Sharma he enjoy

Is one of the bad experience in my life the providing food or not very good not tasty they're giving very low quantity that is not enough for me they charging too much money there is one kebab shop the providing good food more food satisfying for money if I spend £12 they will lot food to fill my stomach for 12£ they're giving ochre lamp soup ,rice, beans, 300 g full lamp under lamb soup one naan and any drink but sam's chicken is very very worst food quality is also not good test is also very worst my dear people don't Go there eat food where you worst. I will recommend good shops for you go

Sam’s Chicken never disappoints. Food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside every single time. Staff are friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. Portions are generous and prices are fair. Easily one of my go-to spots when I’m craving good chicken. Highly recommend.
