Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. No self service tills, mess everywhere, and the food was genuinely just bad - dry and overcooked. Our churros were horrible.

Shame the actual food is not like the pictures on the menu board. Very disappointing as there is more wrap then meat. Won’t be going there again :(

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with my order and I was missing an item. When I tried to re-order, the time passed 10pm and they wanted to change me extra. I asked for a cup for my water and they said I need to pay for a cup. The person was nice but it seems like very little flexibility to provide reasonable customer service. Computer says no. Food was fine.

I have never once had a bad experience at this Taco bell. The service and food preparation is rapid, with food coming out in a matter of minutes, compared to some other places in Southampton (burger king) which can take up to 20 minutes. Food is regularly well cooked and well seasoned, can be a little bit hit or miss depending on the food item, however, I would recommend the Volcano Burrito Meal, which is great value for what you get. Delivery is also a great option, with their radius covering most of Southampton. Food arrives warm and just as good as you would expect in store. The only thing
