My daughter ordered a subway through uber. It all arrived stonecold and the veggie delight didn't have no veggie patty it was just a little salad. Contacted uber about how cold it all was and was refunded £4.79 on a £70 order 😡 and was unable to to put that stuff was missing and the waffle frys were hard and chewy where they were so cold.The order was for 4 people and we were discussed as half the food was inedible and now in the bin. We paid all that money for nothing.

Wife and I came in for a quick bite while on a shopping trip at 13:30. Food was nice but the wait to get served was ridiculous! The staff would serve 1 or 2 customers then have to fulfill a huge delivery order while the person at the front of the queue has to watch 4 sandwiches getting assembled, then a person gets served, the another four delivery order sandwiches, etc, etc. Total queue time for a queue of 6 people was FORTY MINUTES. This isn't necessarily the fault of the sandwich artists, but with the quantity of Deliveroo, Just Eat orders etc going through, they should have a dedicated ar

We came for a Sunday lunch. The sandwiches were great, spot on, fresh, warm and tasty. 😊👍 We asked for a regular coke but they served us Zero but it was resolved quickly when I noticed the mistake. 🙂 The cleanliness of the floor and tables was in line with British standards, i.e. dirt and filth. 😞 The Footlong Churro was the worst churro I've ever eaten. 🤮 I asked the staff why they were serving it this way.
