We've been coming here every so often for year and can see a decline in the upkeep of the place, the food is still as good as ever, drinks are as expected and this time our server was very good. Unfortunately the place needs cleaning and fixing up, the toilets were disgusting, you could smell them even when walking down the stairs, missing toilet seat just poor maintenance and maybe lack of staff to do the jobs required. Maybe should start going the one of the other Hard Rock Cafes to see if better or if this is becoming standard at the restaurants

At the end of our meal the vault keeper stopped by our table to chat some more about the history of the cafe and all the legends who’ve walk

It’s also very close to the underground station, which is very convenient. Prices felt quite reasonable for London and for a place like this, with burgers around £20. The total bill came to around £120, and the service charge (gratuity) was already included. Overall, a very
