Food is lukewarm at best. Although i did get there at 8 pm and it closes at 10:30. However, at £17.99 there are better alternatives in Staines. The fact that this place is not busy on a Tuesday evening while 100 m down the road in Staines Food Court you couldn’t get a table tells you how much this place needs to improve. It is very well placed location-wise, being on the high street and literally a 2-min walk from the nearest car park. If the owner can get their act together and improve the quality and temperature of the food this place can become a serious contender for your custom.

DONT EAT HERE- unless you want food poisoning!! Food was rotten!!! tasted very stale and like the meat is past its sale by date. Food was cold and chicken was gray/greenish colour. Flies all over the food and dirty plates and cutlery. I was instantly sick after eating this. Toilet had poo all over them and was not clean. Complained to the member of staff about the food, she was so rude to me and was laughing in my face about the food even after showing her the meat and that I’d only eat about 3 mouth fulls. Denied giving me a refund so I refuse to leave until I speak to a manager To which

This place is DISGUSTING. Food was mediocre, nothing left us wanting more and most was cold. But the worst was the flies all over the salad and fruit! I informed a member of staff and he just turned the fan on. So I spoke to another member of staff who didn’t care and got the original one over, assuming the owner. I said you cannot serve that food anymore there were flies everywhere and he said it costs too much to bin it all. I showed him the pictures on the way out as the fan did nothing, flies were still there. Will be reporting this to the food safety agency.

Paid over 100 to take my family for dinner and not one person eat more than a bit the food was terrible and the chicken was red in the inside. I told the manger and she said they weren’t going to fix it and walked away laughing. It’s disgusting the way we have been treated and the money spent. When now I need to go feed a family of 5 again.
