The server apologised and said the kitchen was very busy and that she thought we had aready been given our food, despite it being herself that had taken our order. She estimated 5 to 10 mins for food but that there was no guarantee. Nearly 25mins later with no further communication we still had no food, at which point, after being there an hour and a half we had to leave due to family commitments.
