We had a great experience at Nando’s Stanmore, and a big part of that was thanks to Yasmin. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. Her service was quick, professional, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us.

We had a lovely meal in Stanmore, London and wanted to say how much we appreciated the wonderful service. Peter, who served us, was excellent throughout our visit. He was very kind, attentive, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. His friendly manner really made the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. I typically visit this Nandos branch a couple times a month if not once a month and usually have good service and good quality of food. However, this time round it was awful. Long story short, when arriving and being given a table, the entire table was dirty and had a crazy amount of dirt, food and mess on the floor and seats, (one waiter did clean it and go the extra mile to clean another table was asked to be seated at , which I appreciate), the starters arrived cold and we had seen that our starters was sitting on the side for 10 minutes before being given to us.
