⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) I visited Meds Cafe in Mile End Burdett Road with my children as they wanted to have breakfast. We ordered two Big Breakfasts and one Med Special Breakfast. The food was just okay nothing particularly special, though my children enjoyed their meals. They used regular bread and eggs; I expected free-range eggs given the price. For the amount they charge, I think they could use higher-quality ingredients. On the positive side, the service was very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Loved this place. The portions are extra large. 10/10 for value for money. Whether you select breakfast or lunch you will not be disappointed. This is my third visit with the family and each visit was on point. Excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming. I don't hesitate to visit this.

I came here the other day for a full halal breakfast. It’s located on the main road, not far from Mile End station, so it can’t be missed. Everything was lovely, and the portion was very generous too. I was slightly disappointed with them not being able to serve a mojito for me as they didn’t have all the ingredients at the time. But I settled for the mocha, which tasted too much like coffee. Apart from that, everything was great!

Excellent halal breakfast for groups, couples and families. Fairly priced breakfast menu, with good portions. Disability access is a bonus and the staff are friendly. Decent Spanish omelette too.
