Most awesome and authentic German/Austrian restaurant in Stirling! This place is great if you can get a table - either come early or make a reservation, it’s worth it. Food tastes incredible, and for a child who loves Spätzle it was spot on. Servers are super helpful and the Menu option is the best deal for what you get. Highly recommended, and the drinks list is a great variety. The setting in the rear indoor patio is relaxing, while you wait a short time for the great food.

Four of us for Christmas lunch at 1pm. Delightful meal in pleasant surroundings with a view of the old town jail, church and tollbooth on Broad Street. Parked car in parking area in the street and short walk to restaurant. The tables are well spaced out so plenty of room for the service. Toilets are just round the corner out of sight. There was some Christmas decorations on display. The service was good to get us settled and drinks served. The menu had a reasonable choice which suited a fussy eater. We all enjoyed our time there and we were given space to celebrate meeting up. Good value for m

Homely restaurant with Scottish produce and varied food menu options. Many options with supplements. Limited dessert options but quite good. Free WiFi and very clean restroom

We had a lovely Scottish experience with our tour group at Hermann’s restaurant in Sterling. Our guide, a bagpiper from Sterling castle piped us down from the castle to the old town restaurant and we all came inside. He told us stories, played the bagpipes and we had a wonderful meal in the comfortable restaurant. Our Piper presented the haggis, which was absolutely delicious, and addressed the proud haggis with the famous Robbie Burns poem. A Scottish flag waved in the breeze from the open window. It was a lovely experience and as Scottish as you can get in an Austrian restaurant!
