What an amazing find! My friend and I had just left the Surbiton Health Centre, where there were no refreshment outlets, so we were delighted to find this little café not far from the health centre. My friend uses an electric wheelchair, and the café was easy to access. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the décor was delightful. My friend could easily see all the cakes on display and she chose a lovely cake that she really enjoyed. Their coffee is quite good, and so is their service & atmosphere. However sandwiches took a nosedive, used to be tasty and big but now they are exactly the same as every other sandwich place, and for the price definitely not worth it. But, coffee is good.

I used to really like this place, but recently I’ve been quite disappointed. The staff seem much less efficient than before, and the level of friendliness has noticeably dropped. Today, I stood at the counter for over three minutes waiting to place an order, but no one acknowledged me, so I ended up leaving without getting my coffee. There were two staff members, but both were focused on making drinks and no one was taking orders, even though it was a busy time with many customers waiting.
