In general, this is a nice Costa. The layout works well. But unfortunately he mobile signal and WiFi is shocking. The Nero Cafe 20 metres away has better mobile and wifi. So if you need to work or want connection. Don’t come to this Costa.

APOLOGY I would like to sincerely apologise for my behaviour earlier today (14 March 2026 at around 4:30 pm). I came in with a friend and we were the only ones in the queue while she was deciding what to order. When the staff member at the counter said “next please” again, I responded by pointing to my friend and saying “she’s still deciding.” Looking back, I realise that my response may have sounded rude, and I truly regret that. Lovely Amelie (pictured) was holding the fort all alone but went out of her way to sort my order even to the point of making fresh whip! She was friendly and polite. 10/10 for service.

Ordered the new blueberry bubble yesterday, my drink was topped off with chocolate sauce instead of the blueberry sauce 🤢 Maybe if the two girls working weren’t gossiping they would have got the order right. They also made a drink for my partner how asked for a skinny drink and it was made with full fat milk. Very annoying when you want to try a new drink!
