The first two dishes disappeared before we even thought to take photos, which probably says everything you need to know. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Slice in Swansea last night! The restaurant itself is tiny and charming — the building is shaped like a slice of cake, which must be where they got their name. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the chefs downstairs in the kitchen, who kindly took my jacket before we headed upstairs to the intimate dining area. The seating is small and cosy, with just one server managing the entire room, but she was absolutely brilliant — incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, just as you’d expect in fine dining.
