Today was our first time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. We did not feel welcomed when we arrived — there was no smile or warm greeting from the staff. Our table became quite full with empty plates and glasses, and no one came to clear them, which made it uncomfortable for us to continue enjoying our meal. We also ordered pani puri, but it had no taste at all and was very disappointing. We were really looking forward to trying this place, but sadly the food and service did not meet our expectations. I’ve enjoyed Indian food in few parts of the world, and "Kutting Chai" in Swindon town centre truly stands out for its authentic flavours and tasty savoury snacks. The food feels fresh, comforting, and full of flavour. A great place to relax in the evening with family or friends while enjoying good Indian food and chai. Warm service and a lovely atmosphere make the experience even better. Definitely recommended.
