Long queue on a Saturday Which means coffee is good or the service is slow Big inside Toilets available Could do with a young person cleaning the tables a bit quicker I like having a coffee and relaxing Didn't get that vibe in this Costa Nice coffee and plenty of products though

Could of gone to one of the independent cafes in Tamworth. As I went inside I was greeted by a loud smash sound as a tray of cups near the side counter smashed onto the floor but luckily it missed the 2,ladies sitting on a table and no one was hurt. Staff went to clean up the mess as if nothing happened. Got there and waited for my turn and the staff seem young , too young to really know what to do really and considering the price compared to the other cafes in Tamworth - I can’t give a high rating , just honest one. Drink and food ok as you expect from costa but don’t expect atmosphere etc. d
