Jayn Heffer★★★★★Visited the Wheatsheaf today for an evening meal. Easy to get into with mum in a wheelchair, perfect access to all areas needed. Brilliany decor, the wallpaper is facinating. Party of 4, dining in and all were more than happy with the service Amy provided. Helpful and cheerful, a credit to the chain. The food was delicious! Portions were just right and it looked fabulous! Very reasonable prices. 10/10 would go again and recommend.
Di Learmouth★★★★★Lovely pub. Great service and food too! Visited both yesterday and today for Lunch. Both days they were short staffed, with the long haired lady behind the bar and the chef from the kitchen running around doing their best, which they definitely did! Excellent work ethics ladies. You managed multiple tasks without complaints and kept up the Excellent standards throughout!! The food is amazing and cooked to perfection without being overpriced! Definitely a great place to visit. During the weekend its always advisable to book in advance, unless you don't mind sitting in the covered garden area t
Prathusa Croos★★★★★We had a really enjoyable meal here. The service was good and the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Ollie. It's a lovely pub and has a play area for kids, which makes it ideal for families. I would definitely recommend it.

We ordered the shawarma chicken (Shawarma is meant to be highly spiced) and it was just cold chicken breast pieces on untoasted flatbread and salad smothered with chipotle mayo. Not shawarma, not spiced and not freshly cooked! When we didn’t eat it and plates were cleared (no check with us was done), we said we were really disappointed and was told “what do you expect it’s £10 and in a Green King Pub - it’s not going to be authentic!” Ordered pizza and carrots and cucumber fr
