Really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed, and just easy to settle into – perfect for a proper coffee break or more. ☕️ Coffee was excellent – smooth, well-made, and exactly what you want when you’re looking to slow down for a bit. Staff were super friendly ❤️ and welcoming without being over the top, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re in Torquay and want a chilled spot for a great coffee and a nice vibe, Otto is definitely worth it.

We had brunch at Otto while visiting Torquay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant allows dogs which was great. The views over the harbour are simply stunning. Our food was excellent. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Went in for Brunch. I was shown to a table. Nice view. It's was 11am on a Monday and it was packed. Lovely to see. After having placed my order for a breakfast croissant and a bloody mary. The service was very quick, polite and extremely tasty. I can't wait to see how the evening compares to the Brunch so I will be going back.

Coffee and cake date with my daughter. Wonderful atmosphere, fabulous place to people watch. Quiet enough to chat but not too quiet. Staff were lovely, kind and courteous. We had gluten free cakes that were absolutely brilliant. A lovely afternoon in lovely surroundings 🥰
