“Great customer service and fab coffee”

Poor service due to having to wait almost 30 minutes in line in store due to ‘collection’ orders coming in. These are prioritised over waiting customers, and the length of time it takes to make iced drinks all adds to the time taken to get a drink in store. The actual staff working there are hard working and polite but Costa really does need to rethink how it manages the various requirements of stores.

The person behind the counter was more interested in their laptop than they were in the customers waiting to be served. Im not going to stand there and wait for an age whilst someone cant be bothered to do their job.

This is my first one star review ever I came into Costa coffee to get some tap water with ice and they rejected me saying they don’t give out cups :( I have medical problems and needed water and the staff were so unhelpful and rude apparently it’s there new policy to not give out cups as there low on stock! It’s costa coffee ffs I have baught so many costas over the years shame this branch dosent have happy baristas! Very anoying as a returning customer!

Reasonable coffee but a little too mild for my taste.....if you do get large, be warned, it is huge! Seating is just so so and better more comfortable places just around the corner....
