Until today, my wife and I were regular customers and had always enjoyed coming here. Today, we briefly sat down at one of three empty outdoor tables while I settled our newborn. Instead of showing a little understanding, management instructed a young member of staff to come outside and tell us that we had to either buy something immediately or leave. It was clear this wasn't the staff member's decision—they were simply carrying out management's instructions. Management may have gained £3.10 from a coffee today, but they've lost hundreds of pounds in future custom from us. It's disappointing

We had two smoothies and a chocolate caramel brownie - all were fantastic. The smoothies were made in front of us and tasted delicious. The mixed berry was my favourite, although the mango pineapple and mint was also good. It was a bit on the pricier side but felt worthwhile. We paid 13 pounds for 2 smoothies and 1 brownie (which was a little small). The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, you could easily have a conversation. A nice mix of ages was present, and everyone was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick drink.

The coffee was good. There’s a wide variety of pastries. The cafe was really cozy! A nice place to catch up with friends on a rainy day.

Lovely staff and a great place to sit and do some work - just mind that if using a laptop there aren’t any plugs to charge up. Nice and quiet and good atmosphere and great coffee.
