A good location in the main street of Tynemouth. Nice vibes, a bit modern as a pub. I just popped in for a few pints. Good selection of ales. A good place to watch sports. I didn't feel too welcome at the bar, to be honest, but no worries. The person in the bar was busy talking to others and just served me and ignoring me at the same time. Anyway, I wouldn't mind coming back to this pub. Seams to be a pub for the locals.

Well we love what they have done with the place! The food and the beer was very good indeed! I remember going before the refit and it was a real spit and sawdust boozer! Now the place is clean, fresh with great lighting and seating and has a real cosy feel. Nice meal out and pleased that they do Beavertown! Good selection of bar snacks! Doesn’t take American Express.

We went there for a drink and it was really lovely. Apparently it is one of the oldest bars in Tynemouth but newly renovated. It looks really good and the have a great selection of different drinks and beers. The toilets are also new and well kept. I can definitely recommend Cumberlands Arms Tynemouth for a drink.

My wife & I had a lovely lunch on Thursday the 25th of September, I had scampi & chips, my wife had baked potato with tuna. Highly recommended it.
