I've been coming here for 30 plus years and it's always been one of my favourite restaurants. Sadly the starters for take away are nothing like what they used to be. We always get meat samosa. They used to be a meal in themselves, but now it's just a bite and it's gone. It's the same with the onion Baji. They used to be huge! One tiny bag of salad between two people is pointless.. I know things cost more and profits matter but when your paying good money you expect a decent shout. And what has happend to the chicken tikka starter? It used to be delicious, red and soft. The food is amazing a real old school curry house, fresh and tasty and the chicken vindaloo is another level. The staff are friendly and chatty even though I get a takeaway I still get a good vibe about the place. Visited with my son I haven't been here for years decided to have chicken tikka Karahi my son had chicken jalfrezi both were excellent Karahi was awesome , will be trying the Lamb Tika Karahi next time .
