This is what keeps me going to COSTA COFFEE every time, It's staff like MARIO who makes my experience amazing. He is the one that stood out, with his excellent, kind service and product knowledge. He gave great recommendations on what to get. I got the cheese cake which was absolutely brilliant his recommendation really helped,it was a very easy process with ordering with him. The atmosphere was great with a very cozy vibe going on . Wait time was great Mario made sure to get my, and other peoples order out on time which made the wait time close to nothing.

I come here often, the drinks and food are always delicious!! The noise level is pretty decent, and it is usually fairly quiet on the top seating area so it’s great to study or have a nice convo up there. The staff are really friendly and it has a great atmosphere

A good coffee and calm and cosy seating space to work and sip your coffee!!! Toilets are password protected but they are available for customers but it's so annoying to punch in correct numbers to open toilet doors

Went in today for first time in about a year. Shocked at how run down and dirty it was. Three people behind counter when only two was needed and third person not bothering to clean the tables so they were full of trays and cups. Floor and walls dirty. Windows filthy upstairs. Light bulb upstairs flickering badly it was blinding so had to move tables. Group of men came in causing trouble throwing things around. Only got a coffee so glad I didn’t have to stay any longer.
