The staff are polite and friendly, and the overall interior dining area is clean, warmly lit, and nice to go out with friends at.

I came in feeling really unwell due to chronic gastritis during pregnancy, it was my first outing in a long time, and the staff were honestly so kind and accommodating. I mentioned my allergies just to be safe, and they took everything seriously and made me feel completely looked after. Their kindness genuinely lifted my mood on a difficult day. Had a really lovely experience at Nando’s — the food was great, everything came out well, and the atmosphere was really nice. What made the visit stand out even more was Alex, who was honestly so lovely and went above and beyond with the service. He was really friendly, attentive, and clearly tried his hardest to make us smile and feel comfortable. He checked in on us, had such a positive attitude, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice when someone genuinely puts effort into making customers feel welcome, and Alex definitely did that. A really positive visit overall!
