6* *FIRST VISIT* Came here without a reservation and thankfully they had a table free which is a good thing since just after we arrived it got VERY busy, every table booked. This is without a doubt the best Indian food I've had in years, to say I was impressed is an understatement. The staff were friendly and helpful even though it got very busy. If I could give less than a 1 * review I would. Ordered approx 8.45 , paid over the phone and was told order would be an hour. 1 hour 30 mins later, order had not arrived. First chasing call we were told the driver was on his way. Second call we were told payment hadn’t gone through so the order hadn’t been processed. We queried why this hadn’t been relayed despite confirmation the order was on its way. Takeaway alleged it had called us but when evidence was requested of said calls this could not be provided. I asked for a screen shot of the purported outgoing calls. They then decided the call
