Our favourite (especially our 7 year old daughter's) restaurant. She loves the staff and they always make a fuss of her. She is a very fussy eater but will polish off the food here no problem. Thanks for another lovely evening with lots of gorgeous food.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience really stuck with me for the wrong reasons. The food itself was decent, but the atmosphere was uncomfortable due to how the staff treated one of their own team members on Saturday 18th. What made it so uncomfortable was witnessing a male manager openly swearing at and being verbally abusive toward a young waitress right in front of customers. We had a fantastic meal at Lugana last week. Every dish we ordered was absolutely superb; I highly recommend the black pudding starter and the spicy pasta, which were both packed with flavour. My wife’s meatballs and lasagne were equally impressive—rich, authentic, and delicious. ​The portion sizes were incredibly generous, ensuring we left completely satisfied. Combining such high-quality food with great value and a wonderful atmosphere makes this a real local gem.

Came across from Sheffield for a belated Valentine's meal last Friday. We got a great table in the corner... Fantastic atmosphere, food was lovely, but, mainly, the staff were so brilliant. Very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Our new Wigan friend from Sicily was great 😁 but all the serving staff were spot on. A really terrific family restaurant with atmospheric lighting and a good vibe.
