Been coming to this McDonald’s since 2001. It is one of the only surviving and thriving stores in Walsall town. Always a very pleasant experience. Takes me right back to my childhood. Service is quick. Food is always fresh, tasty.

Would easily give 0 stars! Food was uncooked that I had for delivery I would like someone to contact me regarding this as the phone keeps cutting off I would like a refund!!!!!!!!

I don't think I've ever seen a McDonald's so busy and seen so many absolutely rude customers, the young girl behind the collection counter, Emily (16.15 on the 2nd May) was amazing, she was super quick, super efficient and never lost her temper once which tbf ,she was well within her rights to do. She's an absolute credit to you and the company. Wonderful service and even though I had to complain about my food being wrong, she was still polite and she's the main reason I'll be coming back to you, after thinking I wouldn't due to the customer attitudes in there. Please pass this on to her.

It is the best take away place to eat in. The staff are kind and they are always there if you want enythink. They is always someone who will be at the till , to take your order. I love how they call out your order number so people know who's order it is . Then they go up and collect there order and the staff will ask if there is anything that they need and people will say.
