We visited Nando’s Walsall as a family, including children, and we all really enjoyed the experience. The ambience was relaxed and welcoming, making it comfortable for families, and the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. The food and overall setting made it an enjoyable outing for both adults and children. A great spot for a casual family meal.

Ordered a chicken burger takeaway. Arrived early and they made my order up while I waited. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after a walk of just over 5 minutes back to my accommodation, I found the burger was completely cold including the burger bun, chicken and cheese which was still in a hard sheet. Chips were much hotter and were fine. Overall disappointed.

Nice nandos wirh plenty of seating, we didnt book and didnt have to wait for a table. Service was quick and speedy. Having my daughter with diabetes i was helped by the staff to try to locate the carb information for the meal option. They were really helpful although it is difficult to find on the nandoa website. It was busy but we were still able to enjoy our meal and talk with no problems.

Delivery for a family and nothing arrives but cakes… inedible and soggy cheesecakes. Where have these been stored? They are soaked through so clearly not well. All of the actual food missing so nobody has anything to eat. The bag clearly said 3 bags written on it yet we’re given a bag of wet cakes and a bag of dips napkins etc. Called up to say we haven’t been given any of our food, which has then been sent out, but no replacements for the cakes as they had been sent out originally. But not eating them as they will clearly make us ill.
