Vince Marie★★Visited Curious Goat in Walthamstow recently and had mixed feelings. First impressions were great — the exterior is stylish and welcoming, and inside the décor is modern, contemporary, and has a lovely farmers’ market feel. It definitely adds something positive to the area and feels like a nice spot for brunch or lunch. We were initially welcomed by a friendly gentleman who seated us and looked after us well. However, the experience became inconsistent after that. The complimentary water tasted slightly salty, which was a bit odd and unexplained. Service at the table was also lacking warmth —
Jyoti Ashford★★★★★We’ve just moved the the area and can’t wait to eat more of this menu. Very attentive staff, excellent iced coffee, and the fry up was quality ingredients done well, and big portions. Very clean and caters to all. Super yummy!
Ashley Nardelli★★★★★Lovely place to have Sunday brunch. All the staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate us. I'd definitely come back!
Arina Fedorenko★★★★We visited on a Saturday just after noon. The place was very busy. People arriving after us had to wait for a table inside for a while. There were tables outside that were free but it was a chilly day. Food was nice but my dish was a little too spicy for me and I also didn’t like the addition of fried peppers, as there was an after taste of oil. People who served us were very nice and smiled, we definitely felt very welcome. If you don’t like noisy places, perhaps Sat is not the best time to visit this cafe, as it was too loud at the time and dogs were barking at each other.
