Darren Roberts★Fancied a change from McDonalds so took some to KFC for the first time. Well very disappointed to say the least. Spent £23.55, was going to sit in but it was cold in there. Our order (9130) went onto the ‘ready to collect’ side of the screen, and that’s where that message stayed for the next 10 minutes. No food ready so why have it displayed on the board as ready? Having heard about the “buckets” of chicken, seen other orders coming out in buckets so my son ordered a mighty bucket for one. There is a problem with this place more often than not when you get food delivered, but ringing up and them not caring in the slightest is out of order. Always had a bad name this particular chain and Never again

Then collected our food went to the car and our chips were freezing cold and hardly no chicken on the bone in the family bucket. Think we need to find a new KFC from now on.
