The food was good but could have been a bit hotter, the service needs improving on, leaning over us to put drinks down, taking dishes when one wasn't finished, fresh cutlery for our mains were just plonked on the table in front of us. We felt like we were being hurried to eat and leave. Not sure we will come back after this experience. Hopefully it was just a bad day and it improves as we have had better service.

I've lived in the area for about 9 years now. It's the best Indian food in the area. But the last few times I've been in the restaurant or got a takeaway. The service can be incredibly slow. Last time in the restaurant it was over 50 minutes between finishing our starters and getting the mains. At that point I refused to sit in the restaurant. Last 2 times getting a takeaway, I've rang to order been told a time to be there and have had to sit and wait a further 20 minutes and most recently 35 minutes. It's not on. We were recommended into trying this restaurant and we weren't disappointed - absolutely delicious. The poppadoms & chutneys were fresh & full of flavour. Main courses included Lamb Tikka Massala, Naga chicken - both of which were everso tender. Garlic naan's were light, warm and beautifully flavoured. We all voted the Sag Paneer as outstanding. Service was polite, prompt & nit intrusive. Also they didn't automatically add a discretionary service charge, sonething that seems all to common these days- but the extra 10% they got from me was well deserved. An Indian restaurant well recommended.
