I’ve been coming to Cambridge grill for over 8 years and they have never let me down, the food is delicious and the prices are fairly low. Couldn’t be more appreciative regarding the service received here , the guys are talkative , lovely and most of the time when making big orders they give you a freebie. This is definitely far by the best kebab place in Wellingborough , I would highly recommend to come and order here to try their food

It was my first time calling this takeaway shop the staff were lovely at first but then after that there were altercations the staff were so rude he started swearing and yelling down at the phone. I tried to show my deepest sympathy and I apologised but yet he wasn’t having any of it. When it comes to customer service you’re meant to deal with it in a professional manner way. I will not be ordering from this place again unless they change the call handler with a more professional approach. Although the food was very lovely and tasty I highly recommend trying the quarter pounder. Thank you Camb

I ordered food from this establishment and found the experience entirely unacceptable. The customer service was appallingly poor and staff were discourteous in their manner. An item was missing from my order, and when I contacted the shop to request either a refund or delivery of the omitted item, I was met with an extremely rude response. I was explicitly told that I should not order from them again. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and I will be submitting a formal complaint regarding this business. My advice to customers don’t bother ordering from them
