Visited Ugly Mug in Wellingborough and had a very pleasant experience. The cafe has a calm and relaxed atmosphere with tasteful decor, making it a nice place to sit and unwind. We tried the coffee, fries and a margarita pizza, and everything was nicely done. The coffee was enjoyable, the fries were well cooked, and the pizza was fresh and satisfying without trying too hard. Came here for breakfast on Mother’s Day, usually you order at the counter but instead they were running table service for the special occasion! The staff were lovely and the decor itself is stunning. The food came out quickly and was delicious! Will definitely be returning to try more!

My favorite place in Wellingborough (as well as Castello Lounge) for a coffee and brunch!! Food is always top notch and drinks made to perfection. The seating in here is much more comfortable now which I highly rate. My only slight criticism is that I strongly feel that table service would be more beneficial as it’s not great having to take a seat (particularly if upstairs) and then having to come back down to order again. Just doesn’t seem the greatest of ideas to me. Hopefully they can maybe change this one day. Otherwise, it is an amazing place with a fabulous menu!
