I liked the design of the restaurant as it was nice and cozy, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. However, I didn’t like the smell inside the restaurant. Came here, after visiting Mundo Pixar with the family, some of the food was unavailable, the only reason they lose a star... young lady serving us was fantastic, didnt catch her name (perhaps an eastern european accent) only pointing this out so that she can get the praise she deserves, she was great with our Autistic daughter, was attentive, and helpful one of the better experiences we've ever had in terms of service. We had such a brilliant time at Moe’s Diner! The whole place has a proper 1950’s American vibe – from the décor to the fantastic music, it really feels like you’ve stepped back in time. Decided to try Big Moe’s on our last evening in London after viewing the menu and pictures online, however, these were extremely deceiving and we should have read the reviews. There was only approximately 15 people in the restaurant and although we were seated immediately, we then had to wait a further 25 minutes before any member of staff taking our order despite being a number of staff being available. The promotional video in the restaurant claims the chips are hand cut daily, however, this does not appear to be the case with the look or taste they are almost certainly frozen out of a bag
