The place was very dirty, with 3 employees chatting with each other they forgot about the customer service and tidiness. Costa should seriously trainning their staff, not good 😐

The location is great and good size shop, most of the time clean and quick service, depends on the person serving. But generally, most of people working there are kind and friendly. The key point the furniture especially the chairs in and out are very uncomfortable, they need to change them. I think same chairs for the last couple of years. Otherwise, this is a good Costa.
