Kuli Daroch★★★★★Lovely pub with a great atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and make the effort to know locals by name, which gives the place a real community feel. It’s a nice, relaxed environment and always a pleasure to visit.
Jaci Murphy★★★★★We are regular customers and was at the hamstead on the same day as the unreasonable review. We were informed from the onset that the beer was slightly warm due to line clean. Where upon tasting it was found to be perfectly fine for us and other regulars. The girls on bar actually let us try before purchasing a full pint to make sure it was OK. The pub and beer has always been a very high standard and feel the review is unfair. We ate food on the same day and can only say it was amazing. We have been in the trade ourselves and do not feel that staff need to continue to apologise for someth

We were informed on arrival that the draught beer was warm due to the lines being cleaned the night before and the chiller not being switched back on. That in itself is poor, but what made it worse was the complete lack of apology or urgency from staff. The only alternatives offered were two bottled beers, as stock was also low. Even more concerning, the draught beer was still being kept after warming up and cooling down again, which raises obvious quality and hygiene concerns. The manager was unapologetic througho
