Catherine Henbury★★★

Lovely views of the beach from this cafe which has both indoor and outdoor seating. Prices okay matches area. Can tell this must have been great in its heyday, but like many places in Weymouth it is looking tired. Would be nice if spruced up a bit. Old music tunes playing made for a pleasant stop for tea and toast.

Had a lovely breakfast here. Coffee was nice. They do a nice vegetarian breakfast. Great views and friendly staff.

The hot rock night is the best thing I've done in Weymouth recently. The courses are amazingly presented, promptly too. The starter was a generous portion of pate, not the spoonful you'd usually get at a restaurant. The fillet steak was so juicy, and cooking it yourself is something really fun and different too. The cheeseboard usually comes with sides, but upon request, I was served only cheese and crackers. All the cheeses were tasty, and all had character. The restaurant is a seaside cafe in the day, so do expect the stereotypical plastic tablecloth and sauce caddy, but it still is amazing.

Ryan Morris★★★★

Loved my big crab sandwich (seasonal) and you can listen to the waves crash in on their roof top terrace, which has lots of seating. Hidden Gem!! The chef was lovely and chatty too. Loved this place! Lost one star as the young girl on the till yesterday was a little pushy trying to put our order through. It was late in the day but she asked 3 times while I was at the til waiting on my partner. Not exactly rude but clearly wanted home time.
