I stayed here for 2 nights this week while visiting from London to attend a family members funeral. Although a sad reason to be visiting, we had a lovely stay in the actual hotel. The room was clean and had everything my daughter and I needed. Every staff member I encountered was lovely. I booked early check in and my room was ready on arrival so we didn’t have to hang around. I stayed at Premier Inn in Widnes on a business trip and overall had a really good experience. The location is excellent as it sits within a retail park, so there is loads to do nearby. You have McDonald’s, a huge Tesco superstore, B and M, Wickes and Costa all within very close walking distance, plus BrewDog just across the road. From a location and parking point of view, it is absolutely fantastic and very convenient. Check in was really easy and straightforward, which is ideal when travelling for work. Just want to say how wonderful Claire, Dee & the rest of the Widnes premier inn staff have been, they have gone above & beyond to help & make sure me & family were ok. Even the housekeeping staff knocked to make sure we was ok. We will be forever grateful for everything the staff did to help us through our difficult time.
