TLDR: DONT GO EXPENSIVE AND BAD Where do I start? 1) Drinks- Advertised as award-winning coffee, my boyfriend and I are both coffee lovers so we were excited to try but HA! We had a lovely time here. The cocktails were superb and the selection was great not just the same list you see everywhere but clearly some well thought out twists. We had some small plates to go alongside and the corn ribs and focaccia were both standouts for us.

This place is really struggling to find its feet. I have been twice now, the first time the food took way too long, the waiters got my order wrong and almost every table I saw had some sort of micro-complaint. (Cold coffee, wrong orders, late food etc). The second time I went I only had a couple of coffee’s but once again every table had an issue. (And I mean every single table - it was uncanny). Visited Seven Elements (no longer Hemingway's) yesterday on their first day of opening. Wow what a transformation. I'm loving the new scandi vibes, think beautiful woods, sheepskin throws and muted colours. The menu has been radically transformed, with enticing choices and real food for any time of the day. We enjoyed deliciously smooth coffees, freshly squeezed strawberry juices and a modern twist on eggs Benedict, served with Parma ham, no ordinary slab ham here. Bear with the team in their first few days of opening whilst they find their feet, the wait was worth it for the delicious food.
