Well what loverly change went into Costa today Feb 27th at about 10am and was served by a lovely lady did not get her name ,then Ruby made our coffees and its one off the best I have had from Costa for along time I use them up and down the country but our drinks were made to perfection. I went and said a big thank you to Ruby and said I would write a review so thank you very much for looking after us and might see u in another 10 years in this shop I was away on my holidays when I popped in xx

I went into Costa coffee the other day. They seem to have new staff, not the general happy faces I'm used to. There's to new staff as I walked in they where both stood around on their phones. Tables full of empty cups. Then I was greeted with a grunt and to top it off the drinks where disgusting.

Unfortunately had a stressful experience here when my niece suddenly felt sick. While a staff member did provide a paper bag as the toilet was in use, the way the situation was handled afterward felt quite rude and lacking empathy. I understand rules around waste disposal, but tone and understanding are important when someone—especially a child—is unwell. Emergencies happen—kindness matters.
