Utterly useless, opened late gave a mouthful of verbal, and couldn’t find anything or set up and then had to get the cash registers, Cmon you have a captive market here, bit of thought as it opens at 9am, but obviously not when it’s pissing down. Not impressed.

Dirty cutlery and stale cake, also need to brush up in Thier cross contamination with serving food, mentioned it too senior member of staff who didn't seem to grasp what I was telling him, just kept saying all products are labelled, placed all 3 cakes on one plate, no big deal too most people but if you have an allergy to certain ingredients this is a big no no,

Lily just made me a wonderful maple hazel latte, and had just such a general kind, happy demeanour. You can often tell when people don’t like to be there early, but lily just made my Thursday morning better with a wonderful attitude. Thankyou🥰
