I visited Zizzi in Wokingham with my family and had a very pleasant experience. Queenie provided excellent hospitality throughout our visit. She was polite and friendly, and when we asked about the festive menu, she explained it clearly and gave us helpful recommendations. She was very attentive and knew exactly when to take our dessert order so it arrived at the right time, not too early.
